Newington Arena, owned by Black Bear Sports Group, Inc. is a multi-purpose sports facility located in Newington, Connecticut.  Opened in 1999, the 61,600 square-foot facility includes two NHL-sized ice rinks.  Additionally, the facility is home to a number of on-site businesses including Arena Golf, Future Fitness Training, The Pro Shop of Newington, The Arena Grill, and Elite Chiropractic.  The ice rinks are complemented by party rooms that support a variety of corporate and community functions as well as group outings/field trips. The facility provides the community with various hockey and skate programs, public skating, drop ins, leagues, trade shows, and private rentals.
