To date, US Speedskating has won 88 Olympic medals, making it the most successful winter sport in the U.S.

Speedskating practice(short track) in Newington will be focused on developing skating skills, understanding strategy and tactics of the sport. Short track Speedskating is often referred to as NASCAR on ice.

In order to safely participate in our session, every individual will need the following equipment:
skates, helmet, knee pads, gloves, long sleeve shirt, and long pants.

Our Coach, Elena Sklutovsky, is a level 3 USS certified Coach with more then 10 years of experience. She has a long record of developing many National and International level competitors.
